About the Project

Williams Court is a retirement living scheme consisting of 40 self-contained apartments for Stonewater, a leading social housing provider.

This project was reconfiguration and refurbishment of a house within the block into two flats.

This involved

• Complete strip-out
• Layout change with new steel work
• Removal of the staircase and blocking up
  opening
• Installation of sound barrier between the two flats
• Relocation of windows
• Complete re-wire and plumbing
• Adjusting current services and introducing of new services to one of the flats.
